About The Position

Braum’s leaders execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. The Shift Supervisor recognizes the importance of team members and strengthens their contribution toward achieving unit goals. This role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The schedule varies by rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding.

Requirements

At least one year of minimum experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Customer focus.
Strong work ethic and high standards for integrity.
Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with team members.
Ability to build a successful team and an environment of trust.
Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
