About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience, maximizing sales, and helping the team achieve unit goals. The supervisor works a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek, on a day shift from 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Hourly compensation is $14.50–$15.00, with annual compensation listed as $35,500–$37,000. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure that store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
