About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Disney Backstage Bistro in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The role directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure. The supervisor trains associates, creates work schedules, evaluates performance, and prepares production or sales reports. The position requires at least three years of experience and pays a fixed rate of $25.00 per hour. Days and hours may vary; further schedule details are provided during the interview.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensure job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable work standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
