SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at MUSC Health Chester in Chester, South Carolina. The role directs associate activities during an assigned shift and ensures job expectations are completed while maintaining company policies and procedures. The supervisor trains associates, creates work schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and supports employees with complaints or time-off requests. The position pays $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. The schedule is full time, between 5:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.; days may vary, with further details provided during the interview. Responsibilities
- Direct associate activities during an assigned shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable work standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
