About The Position

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Whiteland, Indiana. The supervisor directs associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensures assigned work expectations are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. The pay range is $17.00 to $18.50 per hour. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work-performance standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
