About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where each cup of coffee sparks connection. You will lead with craft and heart, helping make the coffeehouse a welcoming place for the community. The role includes preparing and coaching others to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer specifications, and directing and coordinating the work of other employees.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, and store safety and security requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
At least six months of experience in a position involving constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
