About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and care to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful customer moments while supporting the preparation of beverages and food, directing coworkers, and maintaining store operating standards. Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfillment of their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer-customized requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Direct and delegate the work of other employees and coordinate tasks among employees.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Provide customer service and help create a warm, welcoming coffeehouse environment.
