About The Position

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its DreamWorks location in Glendale, California. The role directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary; weekend availability is required. Previous catering experience is required. The listed pay range is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and oversee completion of job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance, recognize high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable performance standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Serve as the contact person for employee complaints and time-off requests.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
