About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Kiewit Training Center in Aurora, Colorado. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The role includes front-of-house buffet setup and some food preparation. The Shift Supervisor directs associates during an assigned shift and ensures assigned work is completed while policies and procedures are followed. The position is paid $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Front-of-house buffet setup and some preparation work are involved.

Responsibilities

Direct associates' activities during an assigned shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policies and procedures.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable work standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management.
Ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Serve as a contact person for employee complaints and time-off requests.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement.
Set up the front-of-house buffet and perform some food preparation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
