About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful customer connections while supporting store operations and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks standards. The role requires directing and coordinating employees, delivering quality customer service, and following operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
