About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful customer moments, prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, and direct or coordinate the work of other employees. Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
Direct the work of others and delegate or coordinate employee tasks.
Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Provide customer service and fulfill customer requests.
