SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. The Shift Supervisor directs associates’ activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned job expectations while ensuring policies and procedures are maintained. The schedule is full-time, with days and times that vary, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $22.50 to $24.00 per hour. Requirements
- At least 2 years of food service experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable work-performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Serve as a contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
