About The Position

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Tesla Factory in Fremont, California. The supervisor directs associates’ activities during a shift and ensures assigned work expectations are met while maintaining company policies and procedures. The role includes training and scheduling associates, evaluating performance, preparing reports, and supporting quality, productivity, and safety expectations. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday or Friday through Tuesday; hours may vary, with further details provided during the interview. A valid Food Handler's card is required.

Responsibilities

Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensure job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable performance standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management.
Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
