Shift Supervisor (Full Time)
About The Position
Unidine is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at The Wesley Community in Saratoga Springs, New York. The supervisor directs associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensures work expectations are completed while company policies and procedures are followed. The role includes training associates, preparing work schedules, evaluating performance, preparing production or sales reports, and supporting employees. Prior supervisory experience is required. The pay range is $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Days and hours may vary; further schedule details are provided upon interview.

Responsibilities
- Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
