Shift Supervisor (Full Time)
About The Position
Unidine is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Stevenson Oaks Retirement Community in Fort Worth, Texas. The supervisor directs associates during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned work while maintaining company policies and procedures. The role includes training and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, preparing production or sales reports, and ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. The supervisor also serves as a contact for employee complaints and time-off requests and may mentor employees and encourage their professional development. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and days and hours may vary. The position pays $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. A free shift meal, uniform, and access to a scholarship and tuition reimbursement program are highlighted.
Requirements
- At least two years of food service supervisory experience.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Direct associates' activities during an assigned shift and ensure job expectations are completed in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.

- Ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Serve as a contact for employee complaints and time-off requests.
