About The Position

The Shift Manager at a franchise-operated Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is responsible for product quality and availability, operating efficiency, excellent customer service, effective staff management, and problem solving. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have the physical dexterity to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
• Be able to operate a computerized POS system.
• Have basic math skills and written and verbal skills.
• Be enthusiastic and a team player.
• Be committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
• Operate a POS system to take orders and collect payment.
• Prepare and package customer orders to guests' satisfaction.
• Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
• Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Account for food quality and quantity.
• Support effective staff management and problem solving.
