About The Position

The Shift Leader works in a locally owned Dunkin' Donuts franchise in a positive, people-focused environment. The role offers opportunities for teamwork, leadership development, and advancement. Shift Leaders are expected to exceed guest expectations, maintain high standards, serve as role models, communicate team goals, listen actively to understand conflict, resolve issues, and develop relationships with team members. The franchisee is the employer and independently determines its wage and benefit programs.
