About The Position

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. The role supports exceptional guest experiences and profitable sales while developing leadership skills in operations management, financial analysis, and team development. The Assistant Manager works with the Restaurant Manager to implement strategies and action plans that improve guest experience and drive sales. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wages and benefits.

Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Coach and inspire team members, provide feedback, foster collaboration, and resolve employee concerns.
Assist with recruiting and training team members.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Manage restaurant operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety standards.
Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to contribute to restaurant profitability.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
