About The Position

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitable sales, developing team members, and supporting restaurant operations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager. It offers an opportunity to build leadership, operations management, financial analysis, and team development skills. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

Coach and inspire employees, provide feedback, foster collaboration, and resolve employee concerns.
Assist with recruiting and training team members.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety standards.
Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to contribute to restaurant profitability.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
