About The Position

Marco’s Pizza is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to help maintain a close-knit, values-based store environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members to ensure they carry out their responsibilities and that the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role involves serving guests, supporting teammates, following safety and security procedures, and using store technology and equipment safely and efficiently. Advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements
