About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking a passionate, experienced Assistant Manager for its Utah locations. The Assistant Manager leads a team producing quality, hot, fresh, and consistent food for customers and is accountable for the location’s day-to-day operations. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining health and safety procedures. It is intended for someone interested in working toward becoming a General Manager. The successful applicant must be willing to train at the training store in West Point.

Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Trustworthy, results-driven, and team-oriented.
Passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others.
Consistently gives sincere and total effort and demonstrates initiative.
Comfortable using technology and restaurant equipment.
Safety-conscious and willing to stop unsafe acts.
Willing to adopt Marco's Cultural Beliefs.
Willing to train at the training store in West Point.

Responsibilities
