About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to supervise store crews and support customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift. The role is part of a close-knit, values-based team focused on providing guests with a Five-Star experience. Shift Leaders are expected to uphold Marco's cultural beliefs, support teammates, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Experience is preferred, and advancement opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and conduct that reflects favorably on the applicant and Marco's Pizza.
- Ability to work as part of an engaged team dedicated to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing, with supervisors, teammates, and guests.
- Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo, stressful environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
- Ability to use store technology and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Enjoys serving others; is tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others.
- Consistently gives sincere effort, demonstrates initiative, and supports the team.
- Safety-conscious and willing to stop unsafe acts.
- Must be able to adopt Marco's Cultural Beliefs.
