About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise store crew members and help ensure they perform their responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role is part of a values-based, close-knit team environment and calls for personal accountability, responsibility, and engagement. Flexible shifts may be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening, including weekday afternoons and evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, with integrity and moral conduct.

Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
