About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to supervise store crews and help ensure they perform their responsibilities. The role supports customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability during the shift. The cafe describes its team as a close-knit, values-based environment and offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Shifts may be in the morning, afternoon, or evening, with weekday afternoons and evenings and weekend availability mentioned.

Requirements
