About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to supervise store crews and help ensure they fulfill their responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role suits people who enjoy serving others and working as part of a close-knit, purpose-driven team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements
