About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store crews and help ensure they perform their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role is part of a values-based, close-knit team and calls for personal accountability, responsibility, and engagement. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Requirements

Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, with integrity and moral conduct.
Ability to work as part of a purpose-driven team focused on providing Guests with a Five-Star experience.
Ability to accurately count money and make change.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to communicate tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and Guests, verbally and in writing.
Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced and stressful environments.
Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
Ability to use store technology and restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.

Consistently demonstrates initiative and sincere effort, and is safety conscious and willing to stop unsafe acts.
