About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to supervise store crew members and help ensure they perform their responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role is part of a close-knit, values-based team focused on providing Guests with a Five-Star experience. Flexible shifts are available, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
