About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a Shift Leader for its Millcreek, Utah location. Shift Leaders supervise store crews and help ensure team members perform their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift. The role calls for an engaged, accountable leader who supports a close-knit, team-oriented environment and helps provide Guests with a Five-Star experience. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are available; experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience preferred.
• Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic; unquestionable integrity and sound moral behavior.

• Ability to accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities
