About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to supervise store crews and help ensure they perform their responsibilities productively. The Shift Leader supports customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift and contributes to a purpose-driven, close-knit team dedicated to providing guests with a Five-Star experience. Applicants must be willing to adopt Marco's Cultural Beliefs. Experience is preferred, and advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements

Experience preferred.
