About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking engaged, accountable Shift Leaders to help maintain a close-knit, values-based team environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members during their shift, ensuring they carry out their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability. The role calls for a strong work ethic, integrity, teamwork, a focus on guest service, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Shift Leaders must be willing to work flexible schedules and use store technology and equipment safely and efficiently. Experience is preferred, and an opportunity for advancement is noted.

Requirements
