About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to help sustain the growth of its pizza chain and contribute to a close-knit, values-based store environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crews to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities, helping the restaurant achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role calls for personal accountability, responsibility, and engagement with the team.

Requirements
