About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking Shift Leaders to help maintain a close-knit, values-based store environment and support the company’s growth. Shift Leaders work productively and supervise store crews, ensuring team members perform their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift. The role calls for personal accountability, responsibility, and commitment to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.

Requirements

Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic; unquestionable integrity and moral conduct.
Ability to work as part of an engaged team focused on providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
Ability to accurately count money and make change.
Proficiency in basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing, with supervisors, teammates, and guests.

Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo, stressful environments.
Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
Comfort using technology and restaurant equipment.
