About The Position

As a Point Leader on the Robert Bosch team, you support the Supervisor in ensuring warehouse functions are completed effectively and accurately while complying with internal and external policies and procedures. You are accountable for a team of associates in a high-volume environment with a continuous improvement culture. This is the first management level on the shop floor. The role requires working second shift or alternative schedules, with overtime as needed, and includes lifting products or materials weighing up to 40 pounds as well as standing, walking, bending, and twisting to complete job tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work second shift or alternative work schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist as required to complete job tasks.
• Indefinite U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

• SAP Logistics Execution experience.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
