About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to help the General Manager motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the team’s morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to General Manager. Store hours are described as closing at 2 p.m.; employees will not work past 3 p.m. The position is located at 9385 S Colorado Blvd Unit 110, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. The hourly pay range is $14.57–$21.86, subject to local and state minimum-wage regulations and the employer’s stated good-faith expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, though required only at specific locations; must meet Company driving qualifications where applicable.
