About The Position

Responsibilities

Understand the products offered in the department.
Maintain the department’s overall appearance and ensure fresh product and appropriate inventory levels are sustained.
Merchandise products in innovative, eye-appealing displays and stock them in the correct locations, accounting for seasonal, holiday, and weather-related effects on sales.
Proactively approach customers, help them locate products, suggest meal solutions, and answer product questions.
Recognize when products are at peak quality and use core recipes and techniques to provide consistent results.
Assist with ordering and inventory processes, using ordering guides to help control inventory and shrink.
