About The Position

Tailwind is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to oversee the smooth operation of a fast-paced restaurant during a shift. The role provides excellent customer service, maintains food quality and safety standards, and leads by example to help ensure customers have a positive experience and the restaurant runs efficiently. Requirements

• Pass a background check to receive an airport badge.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual.
• Be capable of standing for long periods.
• Be capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Have strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during a shift.
• Understand and follow Tailwind policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Work as a team member to support success across all areas of the restaurant.
• Fill in where needed to meet service standards and maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
• Report to work punctually and assist in emergencies as outlined by restaurant standards and Tailwind policies.
• Ensure equipment is maintained according to the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.
• Treat hourly employees and management team members with professionalism and respect.
