About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, guide team members, and provide excellent customer service. The role is active and fast-paced, involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, and requires spending the shift on your feet. Paid training is provided, and the position offers opportunities to advance into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
