About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager and help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the team’s morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, and many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

The store closes at 2 p.m., and the posting states that employees will not work past 3 p.m. Shifts may begin as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant, and may include weekends. The position is located at 3410 Buford Dr Ste G400, Buford, Georgia 30519. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred; it is required at specific locations, along with meeting driving qualifications under company policy.
