About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, assist with team oversight, and provide excellent customer service. The role is active and fast-paced, with responsibilities that include helping customers select wash packages and memberships, monitoring equipment, supporting opening and closing procedures, and maintaining site cleanliness and wash quality. The position offers paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities to advance into management. Car wash experience is not required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities
