About The Position

Noah’s New York Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager and help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders help set the team’s morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to General Manager. Store hours end at 2 p.m., and employees are not required to work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business requires, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• Must have or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, but required only at specific locations; must meet Company driving qualifications where applicable.
