About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager in motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience. Shift Leaders help set the team’s morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to General Manager. Stores close at 2 p.m.; the posting also states that employees will not have to work past 3 p.m.

The role is based at 9249 S Broadway Ste 700, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80129. The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours; these duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, though required only at specific locations; applicants must meet driving qualifications under Company policy.
