About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Working directly with the General Manager, the Shift Leader helps set the team’s morale and tone, provides feedback and coaching, and opens and closes the store with little to no supervision. The role also supports food and beverage quality and helps maintain a safe, clean store environment. The position offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to General Manager. Store hours end early, and employees will not work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, with driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
