About The Position

As a Shift Leader, you will be trained in all aspects of the restaurant and help ensure guest satisfaction through leadership. The role includes cooking, cleaning, and interacting with customers. Shift Leaders prioritize customer service, cleanliness, and serving fresh, quality food in a fast-paced, cook-to-order restaurant environment. Team members are trained to work across restaurant positions, including the register, grill, morning preparation, and evening closing.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in the food, restaurant, or retail industry.
• Open availability to work day shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma; some post-high-school education is a plus.

Responsibilities
