About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager and help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the team’s morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The role offers opportunities for career growth; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders or Team Members. The store is located at Cedar Cliff Shopping Center, 2149A Cliff Road, Eagan, Minnesota 55122. The stated hourly rate is $11.67–$18.67, subject to local and state minimum-wage regulations and the employer’s good-faith pay expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, but required only at specific locations; must meet the driving qualifications required by Company policy where applicable.
