About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Working directly with the General Manager, the Shift Leader helps set the team's morale and tone, provides feedback and coaching to team members, and opens and closes the store with little to no supervision. The role also supports the quality of food and beverages and helps maintain a safe, clean store environment. The position offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to General Manager. Stores close at 2 p.m.; the posting states employees will not have to work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check as applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred, though required only at specific locations; candidates must also meet driving qualifications under Company policy.
