About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support shift operations, assist with team oversight, and provide customer service in an active, fast-paced car wash environment. The role includes helping customers choose wash packages and memberships, monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance needs, supporting opening and closing procedures, and maintaining site cleanliness and wash quality. The position is outdoors and involves being on your feet throughout the shift. Paid training is provided, and the company describes opportunities for promotion into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.
