About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Custodian to help keep facilities clean, organized, and safe. The role performs general cleaning and floor-care duties, including restroom, office, cafeteria, and sales-floor cleaning. The Custodian uses cleaning equipment and completes assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations, as directed by a Lead Custodian or management. The position requires following safety guidelines and company policies for safety, customer service, and proper attire. The posting describes both full-time and part-time availability, with a first-shift schedule of 4:00–9:30 a.m. and open availability required. Relocation is not provided, and travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Take out trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers as needed.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Damp-mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas as needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform other required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
