About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Porter/Custodian to help maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities. The role includes general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas, as well as floor care such as stripping and waxing. The custodian uses cleaning equipment and completes assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations, following safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning assigned areas.
Take out trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock cleaning and restroom supplies, including restroom dispensers.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals; sweep and damp-mop floors with disinfectant; spot-clean soiled areas.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other areas as assigned.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or Management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
