About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Porter/Custodian to perform general cleaning and floor-care duties to keep facilities clean, organized, and safe. The role includes cleaning restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas; handling waste and recycling; and restocking supplies and restroom dispensers. The custodian uses floor-care equipment and completes assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations. All work must follow applicable safety guidelines and company policies concerning safety, customer service, and attire. The position is reported to Adolfo Garay. It is available as full-time or part-time work, with a first-shift schedule that includes weekends and requires flexibility; the stated hours are 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. Relocation is not provided, and travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other general cleaning tasks.
Take out trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock cleaning supplies and refill restroom dispensers as needed.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Sweep and damp-mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas.
Clean restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform general tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
