About The Position
Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The role oversees all aspects of a store and is accountable for people, operations, sales, profits, team safety, training, and culture. The Shift Lead is expected to lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures while ensuring the crew does the same. The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The role may involve helping at other nearby locations and is scheduled five or more days per week, including most weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Must currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Take accountability for people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and ensure the crew follows company policies and procedures.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
